We hebben voor Lampiris een social media strategie opgesteld en hierbij willen wij de vragen, eventuele klachten en bezorgdheden van de klanten betreffende de service en producten die Lampiris aanbiedt analyseren, groeperen en herorganiseren waar nodig. Er wordt dus naar een klachtenmanagementsysteem gezocht met een maximaal niveau van customer care.   Consumenten verwachten tegenwoordig een stijgend serviceniveau van bedrijven en daar moet Lampiris op inspelen. Klanten willen zo snel mogelijk een relevant antwoord op al hun vragen. Om op langere termijn aan de verwachtingen van de consument te voldoen is het belangrijk dat Lampiris self-service gaat aanbieden. Op het moment dat self-service niet volstaat, is het sociaal vangnet noodzakelijk. (Twitter, Facebook) Met deze doelstelling in gedachten, zullen we de verschillende stappen aanreiken op een forum op te richten. We noemen dit de ‘Lampiris superhero community’ Het forum zal de customer care optimaliseren door FAQ te communiceren met het platform. Door deze informatie publiek te maken kunnen consumenten snel een antwoord vinden op hun vragen. De klanten zelf een oplossing kunnen vinden op het platform. Op termijn is het de bedoeling dat klanten elkaar helpen met problemen waarbij Lampiris minimaal tussenkomt.
