2. Welcome to the Account Page From here you can check messages from your Trainees and prospective Trainees, access and edit your public profile, and change your account settings.
3. Profile Page The public profile page is central to Trainers’ marketing of their experience, skills, and service. From here your Trainees and prospective Trainees can learn more about your background and history, view your schedule to make appointments and browse your portfolio of your audio, video and image files. Your current and past clients can also provide you with favorable reviews to generate new client interest.
4. Account Page cont. From your Account Page you can also view New Trainee requests from potential clients, edit each Trainee’s program, view Trainee Details such as contact info, body measurements and fitness goals, activate or deactivate past and current Trainees, and access the Calendar Management tool.
5. Managing your Trainees’ Programs Here you will create and edit programs for your Trainees. Exercises are inputted on the left with their corresponding number of sets, reps, and weight, as well as the days those exercises should be completed. Meals are inputted on the right with meal name, meal description, meal recipe, and frequency with which that meal should be consumed.
6. Managing your Calendar The calendar management tool is an easy way to keep track of your appointments with your Trainees. Additionally, your active Trainees can see your availability and make appointments in pre-determined timeslots, freeing you up to further expand your business. To create a new appointment simply input the date and select go.
7. Trainee Homepage Trainees access their homepage through the same login as trainers. From their homepage they can see a personalized welcome message from their trainer, view their messages, access in detail the day’s workout plan and meals, and track their progress.
8. Trainee Fitness Program This snapshot of the Fitness Program Wizard shows the depth to which a Trainer can personalize a fitness program for his/her Trainees. Additionally, if a Trainee does not know how to perform a certain exercise, Trainers can upload a document into the Trainer Portfolio on the Trainer Profile page instructing proper execution.
9. Trainee Meal Program From the Meal Program Wizard page Trainees can quickly see their meal plan for the day, the type of meal, a brief description, and the frequency with which that meal should be consumed. Additionally, the Trainer can upload recipes and other supplemental meal information into their portfolio.
