1. How do they formulate organizational structure of the classroom?
I interviewed one of the teacher in Matiao National High school. A master teacher
2 in English which happened to be my instructor in one of my prof ed subject. She is Prof.
Profetisa P. Castillo. I asked her a brief question regarding to the organizational structure
in her classroom. According to her that there should be a classroom management plan.
She also said that there should be a poster about safeties of the students such as
earthquake drill, fire or any calamities. Another thing is that there should be a past
celebration recognition for the students who achieve outstanding in their academics. And
if you put something to any part of the classroom it should be visible, have purpose and
have a target so that they will be guided.
