Edarah Facility Management Co. was founded in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2012 as
the company has adopted a clear strategy since its founding, which concentrates
on specialization in providing integrated real-estate services such as innovative
real-estate marketing services in high level of professionalism such as real-estate
lease, purchase and management. Edarah became one of noticeable companying
working in Saudi market during short period of its founding date of its (relatively)
short life. Edarah has succeeded to provide professional thought and sharp vision
for current and future information of Saudi real-estate market and it was able
to gain trust of the all. Thanks to the leading strategies and policies adopted by
company's Board of Directors, which consists of most deep-rooted real-estate and
investment establishments.
Edarah's aspiring vision was embodied through forming specialized team with
high professional experiences, competencies, distinguished administrative,
marketing and engineering qualifications and possessing scientific and work
experiences in the field of managing property, facilities, real-estate marketing,
assessment, economic feasibility studies and marketing researches the matter
that qualified it to acquire great number of commercial and residential project
contracts with estimated value of about four billion Riyals where within
one year it has received many remarkable awards and to become partner
in managing major real-estate projects to expand thereby its business and
