National Healthcare Issue
Many agencies within the United States healthcare system are affected by the many national health concerns that must be addressed. Specifically, I've decided to focus on the problem of upskilling. Issues related to retraining healthcare professionals to become proficient in emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) attrition are discussed (Efendi et al., 2021). The ripple effects of our staff upskilling can be seen across my healthcare business. Because of this problem, nurses have had to retrain and update their abilities in light of technological advancements, improving the efficacy of some nursing procedures, including diagnosis and therapy. Because avoiding the upskilling issue in healthcare is difficult, every company has found strategies to overcome it (Pringle, 2017). One example is that lawmakers have mandated that a portion of my organization's resources be set aside to fund the education of nurses and other medical professionals. As a result, it is accurate to claim that the upskilling problems in the healthcare industry have led to the intervention of artificial intelligence in different health organizations.
Synopsis of the Articles
According to Young & Aquilina (2021), amid the Covid-19 epidemic, virtual reality is crucial to assisting healthcare personnel in acquiring new skills. Businesses in the UK and US have no choice but to foot the bill for the National Hospital Service Organization's training and development of its health professionals. To solve the problem of upskilling across the healthcare setting, the experts showed doctors and nurses how to stop the outbreak of a new virus by introducing them to cutting-edge treatment methods. The strategies used here were about adaptive training used in virtual reality.
Michaelis et al. (2019) write that the incidence of allergic illnesses and the rising cost of healthcare professionals drive increased healthcare expenditures. In this situation, direct and indirect costs are included in the costs. Distress, anxiety, pain, and impairment all lower quality of life, which are all consequences of the problem. A crucial tactic in mitigating the damage was training healthcare professionals at all levels of the organization. Additionally, they provide the trainers with tools that will be useful to them in their careers as instructors after that. By now, the undergraduate program of medicine plus nursing is the primary source for upskilling the healthcare personnel they found beneficial. The Allied Health Professionals (AHP) also received training to further their careers by becoming senior consultants in clinical care delivery and economic growth.
Strategies to Fix Upskilling
To effectively handle upskilling as a national healthcare concern in nations like the United States, it is crucial to create three techni.
