Het technologie-gat tussen consumenten en retailers,
Er ontstaat een steeds groter gat tussen de manier waarop consumenten producten aankopen (hun klantreis en klantgedrag) inrichten en de manier waarop retailers hier (niet) op anticiperen. De oorzaak is het sterk verschil in snelheid en mate van adaptieniveau van nieuwe technologieën.
Het gevolg hiervan is veel retailers hun klanten niet meer herkennen ‘over de kanalen heen’ en dus niet ‘connected’ zijn. Organisaties verliezen hierdoor steeds meer klanten!
Organisaties staan voor de uitdaging om dit gat te dichten.

Maar hoe de reis van de klant ook is overal zou de beleving optimaal moeten zijn. Dit betekent dat wanneer organisaties weer inzicht krijgen in de stromen en mensen binnen deze kanalen ze hun klanten weer leren kennen er nieuwe kansen voor ze zijn! Wij noemen dit ‘The Human Switch’.

Tijdens de vijfde editie van Kijk op Onderwijs met als thema: Nieuwe technologieën verhogen studenttevredenheid, ontdekten bezoekers toepassingen van nieuwe technologieën, zoals artificial intelligence en de inzet van de smartphone om studenttevredenheid te verhogen. Ook is ingegaan op hoe u een huwelijk tussen leverancier en contracthouder met een houdbaarheidsdatum spannend houdt en hoe u effectief en real-time studenttevredenheid meet.
