The order to cash process flow start with entering the order
and booked.Onec booked system will do the pick release with
which you move the items from the warehouse to the staging
area and the next step is to ship confirm. Once status updated
as ship confirm in the sales order lines this information is then
transferred though the Auto invoice import to Receivables for
invoicing.
Once Receivable creates invoice we will send them to
customers and collect the money, and then perform the cash
management and bank reconciliation. After completing all sub
ledger activities transfer accounting information to General
Ledger.

The procure to pay process flow start with requesting, Once PO
created will receive the inventory with which you move the
items to Inventory and the next step we receive Invoice form
vendor/supplier and pay them.
Once Pay the Invoice from Payable then perform the cash
management and bank reconciliation. After completing all sub
ledger activities transfer accounting information to General
Ledger.
