One-time Overdrive fee to join any consortium of this kind: $500
One-time fee to join GADD specifically: $1,000
Annual fee for system and hosting: $2,700
Required annual allocation to purchase titles for the shared collection: $2,700
Overdrive Advantage Program one-time fee: $1,000
Estimated cost of one year of titles (purchased exclusively for PRLS patrons) $7,100
Annual total: $15,000
How does your organization/agency measure effectiveness?
Piedmont Regional Library System produces monthly statistics that measure our levels
of effectiveness and success. The top three indicators of our success are circulation
levels, patron count, and computer use figures. For the purposes of this grant,
circulation levels of e-books and audiobooks will be monitored and reported. As stated
above, our goal is to circulate at least 500 ebooks and audiobooks combined in the first
year.
