What is Eb-5?
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) administers the EB-5 program, created by the U.S. Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creations and capital investment by foreign investors. Basically, it enables foreign investors to obtain a green card (permanent resident card) through the investment of US $500,000 in the U.S. ($1 million if the project is NOT located within the “Targeted Employment Area”). One investment can bring the spouse and children that are under the age of 21. Each investment must create 10 jobs for U.S. qualified workers. Please see the following summary of the EB-5 Program.

Our EB-5 investors are first position beneficiaries when the
