Easter is the author's favorite holiday which celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ. On Easter, the author's family colors and decorates eggs, attends church where they light candles, and has a feast including dyed eggs, fish, rice pilaf with raisins and red wine while singing and playing with Easter eggs. The author loves spending time with family for this important Christian holiday.

2.  Easter is my
favourite
holiday. It is a
Christian
holiday
connected with
the
resurrection of
Jesus Christ.
On this day
people greet
each other and
say: “Christ is
risen”, “Truly,
he is risen”.

3.  On Easter day we colour eggs red, yellow, purple, green and
orange. In the evening we go to church. There we light
candles. Then we come home and celebrate Easter.

4.  On Easter day we eat dyed eggs, fish, rice pilaf with
raisins and drink red wine. We sing and play with Easter
eggs round the table.
 I love this holiday very much.
