The Eagle Showcase event will be held on April 9, 2019 in the Williams Center Multipurpose room. It will allow graduates and undergraduates to showcase their service learning projects and educate attendees about service learning. Poster boards will be displayed in a horseshoe shape for viewing. Food and stage will be against the back wall. Set up will begin at 10:00 am and assistance will be provided to participants and other staff. The total estimated cost is $2,135.27 and no volunteers are needed as the venue staff will handle set up and food preparation.

3. Layout of the event(BB&MS)
● The Eagle Showcase will be held in the Williams Center Multipurpose room.
● Participants will display their poster boards in a horseshoe shape across the room
so that attendees can easily see each presentation.
● Both the food table and stage will be against the wall so that students can better
view the presentations.
● Those attending the event will check in at a small table by the door, this is where
they will receive a survey and a souvenir button upon completion of the survey.
● As you walk into the room, the food will be along the left wall side with its back
to the kitchen.

6. Reason for volunteers(MW&AS)
● In order to make sure the Eagle Showcase runs smoothly, it is important that we
have some staff present to help both participants and attendees.
● We have no need volunteers because the Williams Center will set up the tables
and stage, the dieticians and nutritionists will set up the food, and our group will
handle everything else.

7. Set-up (AN&BH)
● Our group will begin set up around 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. This time is
subject to change based on the needs of the event and the other staff that is
helping set up.
● We will assist set up of the participants board, the photo backdrop, and assist the
other workers with their needs.
● We will know more on set up after we have the total number of participants.
● Food preparation will begin two hours before hand with the assistance of Chabely
and Bryce.
