Drexel University Ski Club

❄ Our organization is the home to mountain sport
enthusiasts interested in bonding with others who share
the same love for the mountain.

❄ We are trying to create a skiing and snowboarding
culture.
• A community in which students can share their interests, skills,
and ideas with others.

❄ Our goal is to host 2 large weekend trips each year.
• Members of the club may try to run their own throughout the
year.

1st Trip: Stratton Mountain, VT

Drexel University Ski Club

 January 24-26
 Hotel will be right on the mountain so you are
free to come and go as you please.
 Those interesting in the terrain park will need to
sign up for a park pass.

 100 people can attend this trip.

❄ Tickets will be $195.

❄ $195 will include
• Ride there and back via charter bus
• Weekend lift ticket

• Hotel for the weekend
• Free breakfast at the hotel
• Club t-shirt and sticker

❄ $195 will not include
• Rentals (if needed usually cost around $55 for 2 days)
Stratton Park Pass

Drexel University Ski Club

 Simple online video that needs to be watched followed by an
online 5 question test.
 Complete the test before the trip and bring your printed results
to the mountain.
 There will be a S.E.S. (Safety Education System) ticket
window where you can get your park pass for free.
 Also there is an SES assumption of risk for that needs to be
signed and brought to the mountain which basically says
you’re aware you could hurt yourself in the park.

2nd Trip: Mt. Snow, VT

Drexel University Ski Club

 February 7-9

 Hotel will be right on the mountain so you are
free to come and go as you please.
 There is also a shuttle that will take you back
and forth from the mountain and the hotel.
 50 people can attend this trip.

 Dues will give you preference on trips.
 However, they will not guarantee you a spot on any trip.
