A Digital Planning Tool for Shaping Up the Landscaping Architecture.pdfIJEACS
Landscape architecture is a comparatively new concept and is gaining prominence in town and country planning exercises. People marveled at the design of new towns when the infrastructure looks nice and well placed. However, when the planning exercise is not done properly this results in the implementation of poor infrastructure with narrow roads, lack of green spaces, no parking spots, congested streets and so. Architects are still using traditional hand drawing for their designs and sketches which have several limitations. Developing a landscape architecture planning system with appropriate tools will facilitate architects’ tasks and others to have an appropriate to ensure proper landscape planning without unnecessarily wasting time manually. This paper aims to present a desktop application with features for generating appropriate cartography which allows users to place appropriate objects representing real-world urban structures and buildings. The Waterfall methodology was used to build and implement the proposed system. The latter is expected to help in the reduction of parking problems and increase the number of green areas in towns. The application proposed includes appropriate validation techniques to allow users to plan a site and made sure that the standards set for parking spaces and green areas are being respected.
Slide presentations developed to demonstrate how Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) be used to address climate change, and why ICTs are a crucial part of the solution – i.e. in promoting efficiency, Green Growth & sustainable development, in dealing with climate change and for climate and environmental action. These slide presentations were delivered in February 2011 in Seongnam, near Seoul in Korea.
These presentations were developed and delivered over 2.5 days on the occasion of a Regional Training of Trainers Workshop for upcoming Academy modules on ICT for Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Abatement. These modules were developed as part of the Academy of ICT Essentials for Government leaders developed by the United Nations (UN) Asia Pacific Centre for ICT Training (APCICT), based in Songdo City, in the Republic of South Korea.
These presentations were developed in 2011, and are somewhat out of date, but most of the principles still apply. Module 10, which has been published, does not include much of the information outlined in these presentations, which are fairly technical. They were developed to address a significant gap in understanding of the technical basis of using ICTs for climate action and because there is a clear bias in development circles against the importance of dealing with climate change mitigation in developing countries. These presentations are an attempt to redress this lack and are published here with this purpose in mind.
The author, Richard Labelle, is presently working on updating these presentations to further highlight the importance of addressing climate change and the important role that technology including ICTs, play in this effort.

INTEGRATION OF REMOTE SENSING DATA WITH GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS): ...ijmpict
Remote Sensing and Geographic information System together comprise of Geographic Information Science (GIScience) which is a core research field that tries to emphasis on advanced geographic concepts in Geographic Information System and examines the impact of GIS on individuals and society as a whole and re-examines the themes with incorporation of most recent cognitive and Information Science. The Geographic Information System can be defined as a Computer based system and a tool, both hardware,
software and procedures, which manages geospatial data, solves spatial problems, and supports collection,
storage, transformation, analyzing, retrieving and display of data in a well desired manner. The integration
of GIS and Remote Sensing is a field of research and several implementations have been developed to gain
the maximum throughput out of these collective fields as these techniques have their own data analysis and
data representation methods. The application domain of remote sensing is from a base layer for GIS to the
development of thematic datasets, obtaining and extracting data from imagery and generation of unique
spatial datasets. In my paper I have focused on the integration of both the fields along with its usage in
Analysis and Modelling and also some models of error sources due to the integration of interface of the two
techniques. The paper also describes some error sources while integration as GIS and remote sensing both
are subject to errors and uncertainty. The paper has discussed some Change Detection Techniques used in
the modern sciences with their comparison.
A drone survey in Pune, for example, can provide a wealth of information about the city's landscape. By flying a drone over Pune, surveyors can create high-resolution maps of the city, capturing images of buildings, roads, and other structures. They can then use this data to create 3D models of the city, helping to identify areas that are vulnerable to natural disasters, such as floods or earthquakes. With this information, city planners can make better decisions about how to prepare for and respond to natural disasters.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Drone in Geospatial World
DRONES IN GEOSPATIAL WORLD The term “Geospatial” indicates information that has geographical
components in it. A geographic information system (GIS) is a system that is designed to capture, store,
manipulate, analyze, manage, and present all types of spatial or geographical data. It is not possible to
address tomorrow’s problems using today’s tools. As we are moving forward in time, we are facing new
growing complexity including social, economic, and environmental challenges.
These new emerging challenges require us to embrace geospatial technologies and acknowledge the
critical role that collaborations and partnerships can play in building a sustainable world to live. The rising
complications of social, economic, and environmental issues have prompted professionals from diverse
fields to come together and address these issues. We need to combat these issues by developing new
methods and strategies. That’s why the United Nations in its 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,
stressed specific guidelines for appropriate use of technologies and building trusted collaborations to
map, monitor, and achieve global goals. In the agenda, special emphasis was given on geospatial and
earth observation data for measuring, monitoring, and reporting of the Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs) to assess progress, take requisite action where needed, and have positive outcomes.
Visualization and analytics offered by geospatial and earth observation technologies have helped
governments and the development sector to plan and implement welfare programs efficiently. A variety of
datasets are currently being generated and made available for no or minimal cost to non-profits around
the world. There has also been an increase in the use of innovative tools and technologies to solve some
of the most pressing problems such as access to healthcare, resources to the farming community, and
the impact of human activities on the environment. When combined with other technologies such as
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), geospatial technology becomes even
more effective. Also, the UN and its member states are also using geospatial technologies for creating
innovative reporting platforms. Applications of Drone in building a geospatial world:
• Drones in vulnerability assessment surveys in disaster-prone areas Drones provide rapid situational
awareness with mapping technology and imagery. They help fire-fighters identify hot spots and assess
property damage. Also, Drones capture imagery for communications and news coverage. They search
for survivors. Drone pilot in India assess utility and infrastructure damage by creating before/after maps of
the impacted area.
• Planning and decision-making Drone data-based solutions offer the ideal temporal and spatial bridge to
bring the worksite to decision-makers in near real-time. They can also go one step further to give
information layers and management tools to act on the data that is presented to them, thereby reducing
the time for understanding, reviewing, and making a decision.
• Mapping health centers, schools, and other facilities In developing nations and in areas with mountains,
deserts, or forests, roads are impassable and take long-distance travel. Lack of access to roads is critical
for medical supplies such as vaccines and drugs. Air transport like a helicopter is the only alternative so
far, but it is expensive and not affordable to the patients or the health system. The success of drones in
2. 2/2
the fields of ecology and environment makes us believe that they can also be used in the field of Public
Health as medical couriers
• Urban planning & governance It’s inevitable that UAV drones will become a vital part of an urban
planner’s toolkit. Data collection, analysis, and visualization will take on new heights becoming, more
accurate and accessible than ever before, subsequently reshaping the way in which modern cities are
built. There is a wide range of applications that are being explored, and the impact of drone technology
on urban planning is surely an exciting one.
• Remotely assessing quality, quantity, depth, temperature, and flow of water in ponds, rivers, etc.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are now filling in the gaps between spaceborne and ground-based
observations and enhancing the spatial resolution and temporal coverage of data acquisition.
• Mapping of settlements and roads The construction firms use drones to collect real-time data about the
projects and to get insights into what is actually happening on the site. Aerial insights improve tracking of
how much progress has been made and also help in catching problems early before they become too
costly or become a reason for extending the project’s timeline.
