Starting our trip to Romania we were all, students and teachers, nervous but also curious for what we would run into when we reached Caracal. We travelled from Ioannina to Thessaloniki by bus, then flew to Athens and finally to Bucharest. There we were greeted by two of the Romanian teachers who took us to a park where we visited a museum and walked around until we got hungry and had a break to eat something. Finally after spending sometime waiting we continued our trip to Caracal exhausted. A Strategic Approach: GenAI in Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

- 1. FIRST DAY We got ready in the morning and had breakfast. We went to school by bus. They showed us there showed us oraund the school they formed a group to play games. Then they releasend . After meeting friends we came to the hotel and went to the mall to eat. We came back to the hotel again we rested and slept .
- 2. SECOND DAY We get up in the morning we had breakfast then they took us to the square of Skopje by shuttle service . They told us the history of the place and we went to the museum. After the museum we visited the bazaar of Skopje in free time and came to school. We played a game about the history we see today whit the the groups we broke up whit yesterday .Than we were releasend and chatted whit friends. Finally we arrived at the hotel rested and slept .
- 3. THIRD DAY We got up early in the morning ate something took the bus and went to Ohrid but the rood was very long. After visiting Ohrid and learning its history we took a bout tour. I was very nice for me .After the bout tour we had a free lunch and wandered around . Finally we got on the bus and came to the hotel we packed up and went to bed right away because we came late because the road was long .
- 4. FOURTH DAY We left the hotel in the morning went to Prilep. We went to tobacco museum there. Then we traveled in free time when the time was over we got on the bus and went to the hotel . That night we gathered whit our Polish friends and played games they will go i talked to my friends and slept.
- 5. FIFTH DAY We got up in the morning got ready and left. We took the bus and went to the Matka Canyon. We took a boat tour there and there was cave at end we visited there and came back I like it very much. It was our last day here i was sad about it. We came to school and planted a tre efor memory. Then we went to Kosova whit our own team .We visited some places there and i loved it .Finally we went to the hotel and got ready for going back to Turkey in the morning and went to bed.
