The Supreme Court of Zambia rejected an appeal from his arch enemies, the Ventriglias, who were challenging a previous Court of Appeal decision that had given Dr. Mahtani majority shareholding and legal ownership of the factory. The Supreme Court rejected the appeal as it was made over a year after the previous judgement, and reaffirmed that the factory solely belongs to Dr. Mahtani.

14 days of the judgement.
