Dear Fabian,
I cannot thank you enough for the efficient response from your team to our problem this week. I walked into the office
to find out that nothing is working. You can imagine how paralyzed we were. Your team was able to bring all the
involved parties together and troubleshoot the problem and provide solution not only for the immediate problem but
for the other chronic problems we have been dealing with and causing signal drop and loss of connectivity. Philip went
beyond the call of duty and spent hours of non-stop work in our office and on the phone with Dell. He did not leave till
he brought us back up online and fully functional. I was not surprised and expected such an excellent response, but I was
very happy to see the people I have known and trusted for years providing such a vital support in a very friendly,
efficient and highly skilled manner.
