Hi Corinne,
I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent job that Frank did for a prospective student through a
chat. I haven’t seen this level of service from the chats from other CSR’s (which is definitely not
a knock against the CSRs and is more a reflection of the small number of leads that I get as a
result of the chats) and I thought that he should absolutely be acknowledged for it. His attention
to detail and his ability and willingness to put the prospective student at ease is
commendable. As EA’s, we definitely appreciate it!
