Heng Sy Hua is a Malaysian citizen born on March 30th, 1997. She completed her foundation in Natural and Built Environments at Taylors University in 2015. Her interests include drawing and transforming imagination into reality. She finds inspiration from nature and built environments. Some of her achievements include winning silver at a Japan children's art competition and leading her secondary school's sports house decoration team.
It is a matter of great pride and satisfaction for AAFT University of Media and Arts, Raipur to bring out the second volume of 'Communique'. AAFT University has involved into a gateway of excellence. We not only prove ourselves in academics but also in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The University has made tremendous progress in all areas whether it be academic, Skill Development, capacity building related to students and their individual growth. We constantly put efforts to accommodate these aspirations by one tuning the academics of University with innovative and practical oriented teaching - learning practices
along with other developmental activities. The holistic development of the university students goes beyond classroom teaching or any structured/formal education system.

3. Introduction in Design is one of the core modules in FNBE as in this module we will learn about the element
and principle of design. Introduction of Design also act as a foundation for us to face our degree in
architecture in the future. Hence, student will be given chance to design both 2D and 3D artwork as well as
learn to prepare a perfect presentation boards and verbal presentation.
In this portfolio, is the compilation of all projects done in this module which included 2 projects that is divided
into part A and part B and a Design Process Journal of final project 2B. Through all this projects, students may
understand the design process and important element that can be useful during the degree years and as a
stepping stone for them to excel in the future. Hence, Introduction in design is not only a module for students
to go through all the projects, but also for students to actually feel the process of transforming 2D to 3D and
in a correct way.
