This document provides guidelines for writing a report on animal classification, including an example paragraph about elephants. The guidelines recommend including: a general classification of the topic, an identification and description using specific descriptive terms, the use of general nouns and relating verbs in simple present tense, and behavioral verbs and technical terms. Topic sentences should be used to develop each paragraph. The example paragraph describes elephants as the largest land animal, with thick legs, large ears and tails, and a long trunk used for various purposes like drinking water and gathering food. This document discusses the liberalization of the Indian insurance industry following the opening up to foreign players in 2000. It summarizes the growth seen in the last decade as private players gained market share through rapid expansion. However, the focus on growth has come at the cost of profitability as costs rose. The industry is now shifting focus to improving efficiency and profitability. Going forward, foreign players can help further develop the industry through innovative products, technology initiatives, and customer service tools drawing on their global expertise. Areas like health insurance, motor insurance, micro-insurance, and e-distribution platforms provide opportunities.

1) The document discusses the challenges facing India's new government in reviving the country's economic growth, which is characterized as an "elephant" that has slowed its pace.
2) It notes some initial steps taken by the new government to establish better governance, such as faster decision-making, but that foreign investors remain cautious as they want to see further economic reforms.
3) The main challenges are reviving growth, keeping public finances in check, tackling high inflation, boosting jobs, and promoting industrial and export growth. Addressing these issues is akin to facing a "winner's curse" as solutions require difficult reforms and balancing social welfare programs with development.

Since then, over 1.2 million Tibetans have died from uprisings against Chinese rule, starvation, or destruction of Buddhist sites. Many Tibetans have fled to Nepal and India to escape China's oppressive six-decade occupation of their homeland and fight to regain Tibet's independence.
