The document discusses the spiritual world and its relationship to the physical world based on various religious and spiritual teachings. It provides three main points:
1) The spiritual world exists and coexists with the physical world, with humans having both a physical body and a spiritual self or soul.
2) God speaks through dreams, visions, and spiritual experiences rather than directly, as humanity has become too engrossed in the material world.
3) The purpose of life is to achieve mind-body perfection and conquer evil in both the spiritual and physical realms in order to receive blessings in the future.
This document provides an introduction to Divine Principle and discusses Korea's significance as the "third Israel" and chosen Messianic nation. It presents 23 reasons why Korea was prepared and chosen, including biblical hints and prophecies. Key points discussed include Korea's resemblance to an angel blowing a trumpet, its flag and cultural symbols, spiritual revivals and groups in Korea, and figures like King Sejong and Pastor Lee Yong-do who helped establish Korea's providential foundation. Conflicts between early spiritual groups in Korea are also mentioned.
01-Evidences is it reasonable cause of universeAntonio Bernard
The document discusses whether it is reasonable to believe in God from both a theistic and atheistic perspective. It references scripture passages that argue God has given evidence of himself through nature and acts of providence. It also considers scientific arguments like the origins of the universe and life, as well as philosophical views on topics like consciousness, ethics, and the human desire to worship. The document presents arguments for intelligent design but also references views that argue life can be explained through naturalistic processes like evolution alone. Overall, it aims to explore the rationality of theism versus atheism without coming to a definite conclusion.
Nature of christ part 2-the issue is still sin .BAntonio Bernard
The document discusses the doctrine of original sin from both Catholic and Protestant perspectives. It provides background on how original sin developed as a doctrine, highlighting perspectives from figures like Augustine. It discusses how original sin is viewed as inheriting Adam's guilt and privation of grace. The immaculate conception of Mary is presented as an exception. Protestant views expanding on original sin and predestination are presented. The fate of unbaptized infants is discussed. Jesus' response to the disciples about the man born blind is presented as contradicting the idea that sin is inherited at conception. Overall, the document explores theological perspectives on original sin and its implications.
The document discusses sources of suffering and how God can use suffering for good. It notes that suffering can come from Satan, living in a fallen world, punishment from God to discipline and produce righteousness, and persecution for following Christ. While suffering is difficult, the document provides biblical examples showing how God used suffering in the lives of Joseph, Moses, Elijah, David, and Paul to mature them. It suggests getting closer to God may involve greater suffering to remain humble, but that through suffering, Christians can experience the power of Christ, become perfected, and know God's purpose is for good.
This document discusses reasons why Korea is considered the chosen country for the Messiah's return according to Divine Principle. It provides 23 reasons including biblical prophecies that point to Asia and the shape of Korea resembling an angel blowing a trumpet. Korea has a strong Christian foundation and history, as well as spiritual traditions aligned with providence. The document explores the significance of Korean cultural symbols like their flag and language. In summary, Divine Principle teaches that Korea was prepared throughout history to become the homeland of the returning Messiah based on its spiritual foundations and fulfillment of prophecies.

The Nature of Christ -Revisited - The Baker LetterAntonio Bernard
1. The document discusses the nature of Christ's humanity, debating whether He had an unfallen or fallen human nature.
2. It references the views of Melvill, who argued Christ took on humanity with "innocent infirmities" but not "sinful propensities."
3. While Ellen White borrowed from Melvill's sermon, she did not adopt his conclusions about Christ having innocent infirmities from the Fall but not sinful propensities. The document warns against using uninspired sources to interpret inspired writings.
This is a collection of writings dealing with the Holy Spirit as a spirit of truth to guide the Apostles into all truth, and to lead them into understanding of what is to come.
God created humans with inherent value, but mankind has rebelled against God through sin. In Romans 2, Paul teaches that no one can claim self-righteousness or excuse their sins, as God will judge all people based on their deeds. Recent events highlight mankind's suppression of truth about God and sin. Funerals being held for aborted babies in the Netherlands show how sin distorts logic to excuse rebellion against God's law valuing life. Rising anti-Semitism in Europe coincides with growing Muslim populations, as fears are unconsciously expressed through solidarity with Muslims and antagonism towards Jews, similar to Stockholm Syndrome where victims bond with their abusers. All will be judged by God unless they repent and turn to Christ for salvation.
Satan will use calamities and disasters to manipulate nature and blame true SDA believers. He will appear as a benefactor who can heal diseases through a new, more exalted system of religious faith which incorporates spiritualism. As a result, he will call for a national Sunday law. However, the Lord's people will find their power in keeping the Sabbath commandment. Medical missionary work is an important part of the gospel and will give access to help people and share the love of Jesus.

Nature of Christ -What Human Nature did Christ receive at birth ?Antonio Bernard
The document discusses the nature that Jesus received at his incarnation. It explores whether he received Adam's pre-fall nature, post-fall nature with exemptions, or post-fall nature without exemptions. Several Bible passages are examined that indicate Jesus received literal human flesh and a fallen, sinful human nature. This allowed him to fulfill God's plan by living a perfect life as a man dependent on God and overcoming temptations, proving that humanity can obey God through divine power. It was important for Jesus to have a genuine human nature in order to refute Satan's accusation that humanity cannot keep God's law.

1) The document discusses baptism and how it provides an opportunity to start over with a clean slate, as referenced in the book of Revelation. It describes baptism as a public ceremony where the past is buried and a new life begins.
2) Baptism is commanded by Jesus and described as important for salvation. The Bible describes Jesus being baptized by immersion, and this is the form practiced by the early church.
3) Other forms of baptism like sprinkling were introduced later on by men but are not approved or referenced in the Bible. Baptism by immersion, as practiced in the early church, is considered the only true biblical form.
This document provides definitions and explanations of important Korean and Unification terminology. It begins with short definitions of abbreviations and terms. It then explains the significance of learning the Korean language according to Sun Myung Moon and the Divine Principle. Several key terms are defined in more depth, including Cheon Il Guk, Cheon Seong Gyeong, and Indemnity. The document concludes with information about the Unification flag and eight textbooks of the True Parents. Overall, the document serves as a concise reference guide to core concepts and vocabulary within the Unification movement.
This document discusses and critiques the doctrine of "once saved, always saved." It argues that this view contradicts Scripture in several ways:
1) It claims people can continue sinning without consequence even until death, yet the Bible says the unrighteous will not inherit God's kingdom.
2) It asserts people will be cleansed of sin at the judgment, but the Bible says nothing defiled can enter heaven.
3) It encourages sin by removing consequences, yet Scripture warns against using grace as an excuse for sinning.
The document concludes the Bible teaches people will be judged according to their works, not just their profession of faith, and the finally impenitent will face condemnation
Jesus heals two blind men who cry out to him for mercy. When Jesus questions their faith, they affirm their belief in him. He then heals their blindness, saying it was done according to their faith. Jesus sternly commands them not to tell anyone about the healing, but they disobey and spread the news throughout the land. They then bring another man to Jesus who is both deaf and mute, and Jesus heals him as well. The passage demonstrates Jesus' power to heal physical ailments and restore people's spiritual sight through faith in him.
This document provides commentary on Colossians 1:13-14 from multiple sources. It discusses:
1) How God delivers believers from the power and dominion of darkness - the realm of sin, ignorance, and spiritual death - and transfers them into the kingdom of his beloved Son, Jesus Christ.
2) The kingdom of God/Christ refers to the state of grace where believers experience forgiveness of sins, renewal, and God's favor through faith in Christ as mediator.
3) God alone can rescue people from darkness through the redemption accomplished by Christ's death on the cross, which enables believers to walk in obedience and purity under Christ's rule as king.
1. Jesus claimed the title "I Am" which refers to his eternal and unchanging existence as God, unlike humans who have a beginning and end.
2. As the eternal I Am, Jesus' kingdom will ultimately triumph, providing hope and an abiding friend for believers.
3. The document explores the philosophical and theological implications of Jesus' statement "Before Abraham was, I am", which asserts his pre-existence and divinity.
The document discusses the meaning and signs of the Last Days according to Divine Principle. It states that the Last Days refer to the time of the Messiah's advent, which transforms the evil world under Satan into the ideal world under God. It argues we are in the Last Days based on seeing the restoration of the three great blessings - individual perfection, the blessing of families, and dominion over the creation. Specific signs mentioned are the restoration of individual spirituality, freedom of mind, and ideal family norms.
- The Blessing ceremony conducted by True Parents allows people to be joined in holy matrimony before God and removes the original sin of humanity. It establishes true families that can create Cheon Il Guk, the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
- Jesus' primary purpose was to find his bride and hold a Blessing ceremony. He devoted himself for 2000 years to accomplish this goal of establishing true families through the Blessing.
- Receiving the Blessing connects one to God and True Parents. It makes one part of the third Israel and allows children to be born without original sin, creating the foundation for a sinless world.
Lucifer rebelled against God and fell from heaven. He then tempted Eve and Adam, who fell from God by having an illicit sexual relationship. This original sin was passed down to all of humanity, resulting in ignorance, conflict between mind and body, and a state of misery. Jesus came to restore humanity by taking on the sins of mankind and establishing a new lineage. The Divine Principle explains that restoration requires reversing the course of the fall and re-establishing God's ideal through living for the sake of others.

This document discusses the Divine Principle and the Blessing ceremony of the Unification Church. It explains that God's original plan was for Adam and Eve to multiply and have children, forming an ideal family and society, but this was not achieved due to the Fall of Man. Jesus came to restore this through spiritual salvation, but was unable to marry and have a family. The Unification Church believes the Blessing ceremony, where couples are joined by True Parents, restores God's ideal by creating blessed families whose children are born without original sin. The document outlines the history and significance of the Blessing ceremony, from the first 120 couples blessed in 1963 to mass Blessing ceremonies of millions of couples. It emphasizes

This summary provides an overview of key points about resurrection from the document:
1. The document discusses the resurrection of Jesus Christ and how it established spiritual salvation, though the ultimate goal of physical and spiritual salvation was not fully achieved.
2. It explores the concept of resurrection in relation to becoming sons and daughters of God, being transformed into children of God, and entering God's Kingdom of Heaven.
3. The document suggests that the complete resurrection of all humanity, including every individual and nation, is the ultimate fulfillment of salvation and God's greatest event in history.
1. The millennium refers to a 1,000 year period when Jesus will reign on earth with the resurrected saints after His second coming. It marks the beginning of the true utopia that God has been working towards since humanity fell.
2. During the millennium, the saints will reign with Christ in heaven and engage in a judgment to review God's dealings with the lost. Satan will be bound so he cannot deceive nations.
3. At the end of the millennium, Satan will be released and gather forces against God but will be defeated, leading to the final judgment where all the lost will be punished. God will then create a new heaven and new earth, fulfilling His original purpose.
The document discusses the biblical concept of blessing and its fulfillment through Sun Myung Moon and the Unification movement. It explains that the blessing removes the false lineage from the fall and engrafts people onto God's lineage, allowing spiritual and physical rebirth. True Parents gave the holy blessings starting in 1960, blessing thousands and eventually millions of couples to establish the ideal family and build God's kingdom on earth. The blessings opened the door to removing all four sins and achieving divine perfection.
The ultimate purpose of indemnity is to lay the foundation for the Messiah by establishing the Foundation of Faith and the Foundation of Substance. The Foundation of Faith requires a central figure, conditional objects, and the completion of a numerical period of indemnity. The Foundation of Substance requires fulfilling the condition of indemnity to remove the fallen nature and realize the "perfect incarnation of the Word." Together, the Foundation of Faith and Foundation of Substance equal the Foundation for the Messiah.

The Nature of Christ [portmore heart college] Antonio Bernard
1. Jesus took humanity's fallen, sinful nature upon Himself so He could understand humanity fully and redeem us. Though sinless, He experienced life as a human so He could sympathize with our struggles and temptations.
2. By living a perfect life as a man, Jesus proved Satan wrong by showing that humanity can keep God's law. He lived the law perfectly to counter Satan's accusations against God and mankind.
3. In Christ's dual nature as both fully God and fully human, He could redeem humanity and vindicate God's character and law before the universe. His life and death answered Satan's charges and restored trust between God and His creation.
1. Genesis 1:17-28 describes the creation of mankind, which was the climax and reason for God's entire creation process.
2. When God says "Let us make man in our image", he is referring to himself and the Trinity, revealing that the whole Trinity was engaged in humanity's creation.
3. God created humans with the purpose and plan that they would be redeemed and brought to heaven as a bride for his Son to love, worship, and serve forever.
1) Jesus came to establish the realm of God's direct dominion by forming a four position foundation with God, but was unable to find his bride and become the True Parents.
2) The Second Advent, Sun Myung Moon, claims he is fulfilling the role of the True Parent that Jesus was unable to complete. He faced rejection as the Messiah in Korea in 1945 and 1947.
3) True Parents, Jesus and Sun Myung Moon, are needed to restore the lineage and bloodline defiled by Satan and allow humanity to return to God. Their appearance marks the culmination of history and the hope of the future.
The document provides details about the millennium as described in Revelation 20. It begins with Satan being bound for 1,000 years after Christ's second coming. The saints will reign with Christ in heaven during this time. At the end of the millennium, Satan will be released and deceive the nations before fire from heaven destroys him and the wicked. The saints will then live on the new earth forever in the New Jerusalem with God and free from sin, death, and suffering.
1. God, spirit world, mankind, Jesus, creation, and the angelic world all need True Parents to restore the failure of Adam and Eve.
2. When Adam and Eve fell, they lost their positions as True Parents and the ideal of the Kingdom of Heaven was lost. Humanity became divided between mind and body and fell into sin.
3. True Parents are needed to fulfill the Three Great Blessings of being fruitful, multiplying, and having dominion over creation by establishing God's ideal through true love and ideal families. This would allow both physical and spiritual salvation for all.
Poornima D'Souza led a confirmation class on the revelation of the Blessed Trinity's good creation. The class discussed what it means to be redeemed and their beliefs about heaven. Students were asked to free write about these topics. The class covered the mystery of redemption through Christ freeing humanity from sin and death. It also discussed the literal and spiritual senses of interpreting the Bible, including the allegorical, moral and anagogical meanings. The creation of humanity in God's image was explored through analyzing the story in Genesis. The class concluded with discussing how evil entered the world and exploring this further in the next chapter.
This document summarizes a chapter about the Church as the sacrament of salvation. It discusses how God made covenants with humanity after the Fall of Adam and Eve to promise redemption. These covenants included Noah, Abraham, Moses, and David and prepared the way for Jesus and the establishment of the Church. The prophets further revealed about the coming Redeemer who would fulfill these covenants through the New Covenant.
This document discusses several prophecies and prophets throughout history including:
- Nostradamus and his prophecies about the coming of Christ from the East to Asia and Korea specifically.
- Fatima and the Marian apparitions where Mary gave a message to be delivered to the Pope in 1960.
- The meaning and symbolism of prophecies in the Book of Daniel, Book of Revelation, and shape of Korea relating to the Second Coming of Christ and establishment of God's kingdom.
- Prophecies indicating 2000 years of preparation for Christ's return culminating in revelations given in Korea.
This document discusses several prophecies and religious figures that are claimed to have foretold or been connected with Sun Myung Moon and the Unification movement. It mentions prophecies by Nostradamus, Fatima revelations, Alice Bailey, William Branham, and communications from spiritualist Arthur Ford that are said to reference Moon. It also discusses meetings and writings by Sir Anthony Brooke about Moon's message of universal unity and human oneness. The document aims to show how these diverse sources collectively pointed to Moon's emergence and mission.
Was Jesus meant to marry, have children grand-children ...
was the Cross just a second alternative that did bring Spiritual
but not Physical salvation.
Here are introduction the the Divine Principle view.
Wolli Wonbon is an early manuscript of the Divine Principle written by Sun Myung Moon in 1951-1952 while living as a refugee in Pusan, South Korea. It contains almost 700 pages covering all aspects of the Divine Principle in a condensed form. While difficult to understand for ordinary people, it laid the foundation and roadmap for Moon's teachings. There is ongoing work to translate Wolli Wonbon into English to make it more accessible. It provides important insights into early understandings of theological concepts like the cross, God as both Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother, and the mission of Jesus and the Second Coming.
- The sermon discusses the providence of Cheonshimwon and its role in uniting Heaven and Earth. It highlights True Parents' teachings on becoming one with God and Christ.
- Testimonies are shared about experiences at Cheonshimwon prayer rallies, feeling True Father's heart and tears, and being spiritually revived.
- The sermon emphasizes that through Cheonshimwon, all people can attain a state of oneness with Heavenly Parent and True Parents, fulfilling the purpose of creating humanity in God's image.
This Sunday sermon discusses spiritual principles from the Bible and Divine Principle. It covers topics like the relationship between the physical and spiritual worlds, the law of attraction, discerning good and evil spirits, and fallen human nature. The sermon argues that modern ills like depression, violence and addiction have spiritual roots in original sin and the fall of man. It presents a solution in millions of messiahs and true parents who can achieve salvation for all of humanity. The sermon encourages praying for inspiration to reach higher levels of goodness.
The document discusses humanity's fall from God and the restoration process. It states that after the fall, humans became "half human" and could no longer experience God with their five spiritual senses. True Parents were needed to restore this. The document also references the spirit world, mentioning that spirits grow through nourishment from God and the physical world. It advocates living for the sake of others to deny one's fallen nature and follow God.
This document discusses the spiritual world and the original homeland that humanity is meant to return to. It states that the spiritual world is the original homeland, but that humanity currently lives a fallen life on Earth in exile. God has been establishing religions to train and guide people to qualify to return to the original homeland, with the standard being living for the sake of others. The document then shares excerpts from the biography of Hak Ja Han about Satan trying to attack her as an infant but being defeated by her mother, indicating she was destined to defeat Satan. Finally, it lists examples of prophecies around the world that pointed to the year 2000 and the Second Coming.
This document discusses several topics relating to spirituality and the spiritual world, including:
- The human being has both a physical and spiritual aspect.
- Swedenborg described life after death where the spirit continues living in a spiritual world in a spiritual body that corresponds to the physical one.
- Swedenborg said that both good and bad people fully survive physical death and our destiny is determined by our actions in life.
- Ann Lee, the founder of the Shakers, believed that sexual relations were the root of all sin based on her interpretation of the Garden of Eden story.
- A Course in Miracles was dictated to Helen Schucman by an inner voice she identified as Jesus, and discusses
This document discusses biblical prophecies and prophecies concerning the Second Coming of Christ. It summarizes various prophecies from the Old Testament, New Testament, Korean prophecies from the Chung Gam Nok text, and prophecies of Nostradamus. It discusses how these prophecies foretold the appearance of the Messiah in Korea and the establishment of God's kingdom on earth. The document also references how spiritual figures like Sundar Singh, Swedenborg, and others supported the idea of the Second Coming and resurrection of the body.
The document is a collection of quotes from Sun Myung Moon about the relationship between God and humanity. It discusses how human beings were created to be temples for God to dwell in. It says had Adam and Eve not fallen, God would live in our hearts and we would express God through our senses. It also talks about how Jesus came as the perfect temple for God and how through attaining perfection, one can become a temple where God's spirit lives. The quotes explore how God needs a physical form to manifest and rule over creation, and how through love, the spiritual and physical can be united.
This document provides a glossary of Korean spiritual terms used in the Unification movement. It defines abbreviations and short vocabulary for important texts, locations, and concepts. Key terms explained include Cheon Il Guk, the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, True Parents as the representatives of God, and the goal of establishing a world of peace under the heavenly parent. The document traces the origins and meanings behind the movement's terminology and emphasizes their significance for realizing God's ideal of one family under God.
Sermon DP & Beatitudes Part 2of2 - True Family - Owner of Peace & LineageBengt & Maarit de Paulis
The sermon discusses the Beatitudes from the Bible and their relationship to Divine Principle teachings. It provides quotes from Rev. Sun Myung Moon's speeches comparing the Old Testament commandments to Jesus' Sermon on the Mount. The sermon encourages living for the sake of others and finding one's ideal partner to establish a God-centered family. It concludes with a prayer and well wishes for the week.
The document is a summary of a sermon given on the Beatitudes from the Gospel of Matthew. It discusses each of the nine Beatitudes that Jesus taught, relating them to Divine Principle teachings. For each Beatitude, it provides biblical context and an explanation of what Jesus meant in light of the Principle. The overall message is that through understanding the Principle, we can grasp Jesus' true meaning when he promised nine kinds of blessings to those who live according to his teachings.
The document provides scriptural evidence from both the Old and New Testaments to support key claims of the Divine Principle, including that:
1. The Fall of Man was sexual in nature, as hinted at in passages like Genesis 3:7 and Psalm 51:7.
2. Jesus came primarily to be accepted and establish a Holy Family through marriage and children, as was prophesied, before his death, as acceptance was necessary for salvation according to John 6:29.
3. There will be a New Adam and Eve, like Jesus, who will fulfill the mission of creating a sinless Holy Family and establishing God's Kingdom on Earth, as passages like Joel 2:28 and John 16:
The document discusses the life and purpose of Jesus Christ and Dr. Sun Myung Moon. It provides background on their births and missions to establish the foundations for a new heaven and new earth. It also references spiritual laws, principles, and the providence to establish God's kingdom.
This document discusses numerology and its relation to divine principles and scripture. Some key points:
1. Numbers are said to have a metaphysical existence and were important in ancient cultures like Greece. The Bible also emphasizes certain numbers like 40.
2. Divine Principle texts explain that numbers represent spiritual concepts - like 3 representing God as the unity of dual characteristics. All things grow through 3 stages according to mathematical principles.
3. Certain numbers hold providential meaning and are periods of indemnity - like the number 4 representing restoring the four position foundation or 40 representing separation from Satan. Restoring these numbers is necessary to establish the foundation of faith.
This document discusses the difference between cults and religions. It notes that early Christianity, Islam, and other major religions were initially regarded as cults. It suggests that the real difference between a cult and religion is about 100 years - once a group survives for multiple generations, it is considered a religion rather than a cult. The document provides historical examples and argues that groups must moderate behaviors and beliefs to survive across generations within a society. It cautions against accusing other religious groups of being cults when they are reasonably decent and function as citizens.
Un Jin Moon gave a sermon about the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. He discussed how Jesus gave Peter the keys to bind and loose on earth and heaven. True Father then explained the providence to establish home churches and tribal messiahship in order to restore what Jesus could not fulfill and realize the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. He emphasized living for others and experiencing the Kingdom of God internally through love of God and neighbor.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

10. Jesus was once asked when
the kingdom of God
would come.
The kingdom of God, Jesus replied,
is not something people will be able to see and point to.
Then came these striking words:
“Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for,
behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21)
11. Kingdom of Heaven inside us
can mean different activities for different people:
• Some like Music, Art, Film, Sport, Walking, Talking…you suggest
• Family
• They all have in common, that satan must be separated
for true joy and Love to blossom in whatever is your interest.
• Where there is no Original Sin
= there is Kingdom of Heaven
12. To restore the earthly Kingdom of Heaven
means to realize the world in which Satan can never act,
by man's severing completely his reciprocal base
with Satan and restoring his reciprocal base with God,
thus entering in give and take action with Him.
That God keeps Satan in a bottomless pit in the
Latter Days signifies that Satan will be unable to act
since he will have lost his object with which to work.
13. In order for man to be able to cut off his reciprocal
base with Satan and be rightfully able to judge him
(I Cor. 6:3),
he must know the true character of Satan's crime
(explained in Divine Principle)
and accuse him before God.
14. However, God in creating angels and men,
gave them freedom; and so
He cannot restore them by force.
Therefore, man should be able to make Satan come
to a natural surrender by exalting the Word, through
the accomplishment of his own portion of responsibility
by his own volition, before he can be restored to the
status of a man of the original nature of creation.

31. If the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil
was not a material fruit, but a symbol, what does this
symbol represent?
To answer this question let us begin with an examination
of the Tree of Life, which grew in the Garden of Eden
along with the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil
(Gen. 2:9).
When we grasp the true character of the Tree of Life,
we will also know the nature of the Tree of the Knowledge
of Good and Evil.

FALL OF MAN
32. Why can we conclude that the hope of Adam was to attain
the Tree of Life? Genesis 3:24 says that after Adam
committed sin, God placed cherubim and a flaming sword
to guard the Tree of Life.
Due to his fall, Adam was driven from the Garden of Eden
(Gen 3:24) without having attained the Tree of Life.
Ever since then, fallen man has set his hope upon attaining
what Adam failed to attain--the Tree of Life.

FALL OF MAN
33. We can understand that the purpose of God's providence
of salvation is to restore the Tree of life which was lost in
the Garden of Eden (Gen. 2:9), to the Tree of Life
mentioned in Revelation 22:14.
Because of the fall, Adam could not attain the first Tree of Life.
Therefore, Christ must come again as the last Adam
(Rev. 22:13) in order to save fallen man.
It is for this reason that Christ is called the "last Adam"
(I Cor. 15:45).

36. In Revelation 12:9 we read further that the "great dragon

This "ancient serpent" was the same one which tempted
Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.

40. Due to the fall of the first human ancestors, this earthly

the Tree of Life in the centre, fell into the hands of Satan
(Gen. 3:24).
Therefore, when the sinful history of mankind that began
in Alpha concludes in Omega, the hope and glory of fallen
men will be for them to wash their robes and enter the

74. In order for evil spirits to receive the benefit of returning resurrection,
their works must have the effect of punishing earthly people to help
them make conditions to indemnify their failures, which have
frustrated God’s past efforts to cleanse them of their sins (p. 148).

2.4 The Theory of Reincarnation Examined in Light
of the Principle of Returning Resurrection
Spirits who could not complete their missions during their
earthly life must return to people on earth who share the
same type of mission as they had during their lifetime (p. 149).
____________________________________________________
76. When a spirit assists an earthly person to fulfill God’s Will,
the person will fulfill not only his own mission, but also the
mission of the spirit who has helped him.

79. Comment:
The Garden of Eden could also be interpreted as
Perfect Man and Womens BODY.
Do not eat of the fruit (misuse sexual organs)
Being driven out of Eden then becomes being driven
out of the Holy Bodies = Way towards Perfection
= Holy Pure Sexual relationship; Messianic Blessings
/Bengt
80. The two trees, which bore peculiar names unlike real plants,
represented the first man and woman who would become
perfect.
The Divine ideal of Trinity, is to make it by a perfected
man and a woman who are united with God in a perfect
relation of give-and-take with Him.
When the Garden of Eden is restored, every perfected
man and woman will be in trinity with God on earth.

86. The Unification of All Other Religions
through Returning Resurrection
Consequently, all spirits who believed in religions other than
Christianity during their lifetime must guide the earthly believers of
their respective religions to Christ at the Second Advent and assist
them to believe in him and attend him in his work to fulfill God’s Will,
even though the timing will vary depending upon their spiritual
position.
