HOW DID WE BUILT DOUBTCLOUD?
We used the philosophy from The Lean Startup and Running Lean. Build fast, iterate a lot, fail early, learn constantly.
MVP
1. Create doubt (public or private)
2. Share doubt (Email, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Tumbr and LinkedIn)
3. Pick doubt
4. Comment on doubt
5. View doubt
Next step: definition of the MVP (minimum viable product)
BUILDING MVP

Building the MVP during 3 months. Before we released it we did a ‘beta for friends’ to collect feedback.

The next release (1 month later) was a small update of the MVP.

Introduction of Doubtcloud profiles
● Register on Doubtcloud (Email, Facebook and Twitter)
● Profile page for each user (doubts created and picked)
● Follow other users
● Feed page
● Facebook OG actions
Release 05/13
This update (2 months later) was a major update introducing Doubtcloud profiles. During these updates we collected all necessary feedback.

2 months later we released the next update extending Doubtcloud profiles.

Cumulative results of visits, views, shares, ‘creates’.

Our initial hypothesis was that value lied in creating doubts. We are now making a pivot based on the fact that value lies in the fun of picking doubts.
value = create doubts vs. value = pick doubts
growth = shares vs. growth = pageviews

Looking for specific applications / target groups for Doubtcloud
Talking to some people of different industries (ongoing)

During these updates we collected all necessary feedback.
