This document discusses several IT projects and systems: 1. The MineStar Services app allows shift staff to restart services on the MineStar fleet control and reporting system without involving support staff. 2. The Pronto reporting system was upgraded but date fields were displaying incorrectly, preventing project scheduling. The issue was resolved by updating ASPX reports and the Excel export handler. 3. The MineSight license tray allows more effective sharing of the 12 available licenses so that all MineSight users can access the system. Usage trends have changed since implementing the new license sharing system.
