The Denton ISD District of Innovation Committee meeting agenda included: 1) Recapping a previous meeting discussion on issues within areas of concern, influence and control; 2) Examining data collected on these issues; 3) Identifying barriers preventing the district from meeting student needs or impacting teaching/learning, student opportunities, school culture/climate, and growth/management; 4) Discussing participation in an online course on innovative mindsets; 5) Reviewing the committee website; and 6) Discussing next steps and announcing the date for the next meeting. The meeting encouraged bringing devices but would provide some for group work.
