Matriks Doc is a document management add-on for Microsoft Dynamics NAV that allows users to create and save Word and Excel template-based documents, import various document types, and organize information in relevant contexts. It provides the ability to track documents, easily create and use templates, and attach scanned documents to records in Dynamics NAV. Matriks Doc integrates with Dynamics NAV Record Links and can adapt to different Dynamics NAV clients and environments.

Matriks Doc gives users the ability to create and
save documents intuitively, categorizing and or-
ganizing information in the contexts where they
make most sense. Matriks Doc allows you to ac-
cess your documents where you would expect to
locate them.
It makes no difference if you are using the Role
Tailored Client, the Classic Client or a mix hereof.
Document Management with Matriks Doc will
adapt to all scenarios.
Matriks Doc is integrated with the Dynamics NAV
Record Links. All documents are stored exter-
nally, making it is easy to integrate Matriks Doc
with Microsoft Sharepoint, SkyDrive on Windows
Live or other services like Google Desktop.

Scanned documents can be found using
the same intuitive routines you are al-
ready using in Dynamics NAV.
Scanned documents can be attached us-
ing the Dynamics NAV Navigate feature.
Later, use the same Navigate feature to
find and view the scanned documents,
just as though they were ordinary ledger
entries.
Matriks Doc is robust as it relies solely
on the infrastructure of Dynamics NAV
and Microsoft Office.
With Matriks Doc, you can import all
types of documents including PDF, TIFF,
and HTML.
