Careful analysis of the dates of occurrences of earthquakes in Iran, Pakistan, China etc.
since 2000, shows that there were subsequent earthquakes on the same range of latitude
(from 26 to 35) within six months of the date of occurrence in Iran. The earthquakes
occurred at nearly same latitudes from Iran to Taiwan. The latitudes at which these
earthquakes occurred in various countries also show some repetitive pattern. See the
plots.
Since there was a big earthquake in Iran on 16th April 2013, is there a chance of
earthquake of magnitude ~6.2 on the same latitude in India or China within next six
months.
