Counselors were provided tips on using social media like Pinterest and Facebook to share resources and connect with other counselors. Tools for data collection like Google Forms, Nearpod, and Plickers were presented to help counselors assess students through pre/post surveys and tests. Finally, ways to promote the counseling program through flyers, newsletters and cards created using tools like Smore, VistaPrint and FutureMe were highlighted.

As a research and design manager and co-founder of various organizations, he stimulates creativity and collaboration to make sense of motivations, develop future scenarios, and produce toolkits and principles that are prototyped into projects. The goal is to support sustainability by embedding learning and distributing prototypes.
