1. Distribution:
Distribution will take place through the store. Owner will be baking a home and delivering the day’s
inventory to the store location, fresh. Raw supplies will be bought through local wholesalers. One of the
owners will act as cashier and make the final sale with customers face-to-face. For catering services,
customers will call the store and finalize the sale over the phone. All catering services must be paid for in
advance.
Packaging will consist of recyclable, paper containers for “to-go” orders. Small cardboard boxes with
store logo and phone number will contain most menu items. Catering services will include cupcake
stands for event displays. Clients can also suggest unique display options for a fee but, creative liberty
will reside in the caterers.
Café hours of operation are Sunday-Thursday: 10a.m. to 10p.m., Friday: 10a.m.-12a.m., Saturday: 12pm-
12am. The weekly hours suggest the café as a place to study and the weekend hours would maintain
and concert venue time-frame.
