This document provides tips for visiting Disney parks, including:
- Pack lightly, bringing only essential clothing, electronics, and leaving room for merchandise.
- Save money for the trip and use a budget if needed.
- Bring a backpack, cargo pants with secure pockets to hold items, and charge electronics frequently while backing up photos and contacts to the cloud.
- Come prepared with autograph books, pens, and paper to get character autographs and scan them later for storage.
2. Pack Light

3. Money
● Save the money prior to the trip
● Go on a budget if necessary.
○ Google Sheets is a good way to do so.
○ Don’t put any personal info on it
4. Clothing and Accessories
● Use cargo pants and vests for loose articles. Make sure that they have
zippers and secure pockets.
● Exchange Kodak for a smartphone. Most of them have cameras built in.
● Bring a backpack for merchandise
5. Electronics
● Bring chargers into the park.
● Recharge often
● Make sure you have a good charge (85-100%) before entering the park
● Take pictures with smartphone and backup to Google Photos.
○ Make an album for Disney photos in Google Photos (Check unlimited storage)
● Back up contact info into Google Contacts or iCloud incase your phone gets
lost.
● Take advantage of Find My iPhone and Google Play’s version.
6. Autographs
● Bring an autograph book, book with blank paper or a small tablet with a stylus
(then take a screenshot).
● Bring pens (2-3 is good).
● Make sure you have plenty of paper in your books. Use both sides of the
paper if possible
● Scan the autographs, then store them onto the cloud, email, or external
storage.

9. Save Battery Power
Tips apply for both iOS and Android
● Wifi or cellular data. - use one of them at a time
● Lower brightness
● Turn off some notification settings
● Look at settings to see what’s using the most battery power
● Buy external battery cases and wireless chargers
● Turn on “low power mode”
● Look at percentage often.
