Introduction
In life, there are universal laws that govern everything we do. These laws are so perfect that if you were to align yourself with them, you could have so much prosperity that it would be coming out of your ears. This is because God created the universe in the image and likeness of him. It is failure to follow the universal laws that causes one to fail. The laws that were created consisted of the following: ·
Law of Gratitude: The Law of Gratitude states that you must show gratitude for what you have. By having gratitude, you speed your growth and success faster than you normally would. This is because if you appreciate the things you have, even if they are small things, you are open to receiving more.
Law of Attraction: The Law of Attraction states that if you focus your attention on something long enough you will get it. It all starts in the mind. You think of something and when you think of it, you manifest that in your life. This could be a mental picture of a check or actual cash, but you think about it with an image.
Law of Karma: the Law of Karma states that if you go out and do something bad, it will come back to you with something bad. If you do well for others, good things happen to you. The principle here is to know you can create good or bad through your actions. There will always be an effect no matter what.
Law of Love: the Law of Love states that love is more than emotion or feeling; it is energy. It has substance and can be felt. Love is also considered acceptance of oneself or others. This means that no matter what you do in life if you do not approach or leave the situation out of love, it won't work.
Law of Allowing: The Law of Allowing states that for us to get what we want, we must be receptive to it. We can't merely say to the Universe that we want something if we don't allow ourselves to receive it. This will defeat our purpose for wanting it in the first place.
Law of Vibration: the Law of Vibration states that if you wish on something and use your thoughts to visualize it, you are halfway there to get it. To complete the cycle you must use the Law of Vibration to feel part of what you want. Do this and you'll have anything you want in life.
For everything to function properly there has to be structure. Without structure, our world, or universe, would be in utter chaos. Successful people understand universal laws and apply them daily. They may not acknowledge that to you, but they do follow the laws. There is a higher power and this higher power controls the universe and what we get out of it. The pollinator project

Combined Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported (IUU) Vessel List.
The best available, up-to-date information on all fishing and related vessels that appear on the illegal, unregulated, and unreported (IUU) fishing vessel lists published by Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (RFMOs) and related organisations. The aim of the site is to improve the effectiveness of the original IUU lists as a tool for a wide variety of stakeholders to better understand and combat illegal fishing and broader fisheries crime.
To date, the following regional organisations maintain or share lists of vessels that have been found to carry out or support IUU fishing within their own or adjacent convention areas and/or species of competence:

The Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List merges all these sources into one list that provides a single reference point to identify whether a vessel is currently IUU listed. Vessels that have been IUU listed in the past and subsequently delisted (for example because of a change in ownership, or because the vessel is no longer in service) are also retained on the site, so that the site contains a full historic record of IUU listed fishing vessels.
Unlike the IUU lists published on individual RFMO websites, which may update vessel details infrequently or not at all, the Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List is kept up to date with the best available information regarding changes to vessel identity, flag state, ownership, location, and operations.

It is establishing multi-county teams led by team district conservationists to streamline operations and increase efficiency. A workload analysis was used to determine appropriate staffing levels for each team. The changes will take effect in November 2018 and are aimed at maintaining support for conservation districts while allowing staff to utilize their strengths across larger areas. Training for new leadership roles will occur in 2019.
Friends of blue thumb oacd

Farm Bill Update by Amy Hagerman - OSU

- Key differences include changes to commodity programs, conservation programs, and nutrition programs. Passing a bill by year's end remains challenging given partisan divides over issues like SNAP funding.
- Stakeholders hope the new Congress will pass a bill to provide certainty, but others are less optimistic given past difficulties in accomplishing agreements. Most agree completing a bill this year remains a priority.
The pollinator project
This document outlines a $8 million funding project by The Nature Conservancy to conserve pollinator habitats. $1.7 million will be used for land acquisition and $4 million for long-term stewardship and management of preserves. An additional $800,000 will go toward equipment for land stewardship. Within agricultural ecosystems, $1 million will fund pollinator education and promotion of soil health practices with Oklahoma farmers, while $250,000 each will support pollinator-friendly agriculture initiatives in North America and Mexico.
Nacd farm bill
The Farm Bill is a comprehensive omnibus bill renewed every 5 years that deals with agriculture, nutrition, conservation, and USDA programs. There are disagreements in Congress over the 2018 Farm Bill regarding changes to SNAP/food stamps, payment limits for farmers, and funding levels for conservation programs. The House proposes deeper cuts to SNAP and shifts money from conservation to other programs, while the Senate proposes more modest changes. A conference committee will need to reconcile the differences between the House and Senate bills.

The Conservation and Agriculture Reach Everyone (CARE) program aims to provide resources and technical assistance to socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers in Oklahoma. There are over 18,000 socially disadvantaged farmers in Oklahoma, which has the second highest number of Native American farmers and fourteenth highest number of African American farmers in the US. The program seeks to build relationships between these producers and USDA/conservation districts to increase access to programs, provide educational opportunities, and address historical barriers to minority participation in agriculture.
Legislative presentation

Combined Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported (IUU) Vessel List.
The best available, up-to-date information on all fishing and related vessels that appear on the illegal, unregulated, and unreported (IUU) fishing vessel lists published by Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (RFMOs) and related organisations. The aim of the site is to improve the effectiveness of the original IUU lists as a tool for a wide variety of stakeholders to better understand and combat illegal fishing and broader fisheries crime.
To date, the following regional organisations maintain or share lists of vessels that have been found to carry out or support IUU fishing within their own or adjacent convention areas and/or species of competence:

The Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List merges all these sources into one list that provides a single reference point to identify whether a vessel is currently IUU listed. Vessels that have been IUU listed in the past and subsequently delisted (for example because of a change in ownership, or because the vessel is no longer in service) are also retained on the site, so that the site contains a full historic record of IUU listed fishing vessels.
Unlike the IUU lists published on individual RFMO websites, which may update vessel details infrequently or not at all, the Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List is kept up to date with the best available information regarding changes to vessel identity, flag state, ownership, location, and operations.
