inventory and distribution is available and can be delivered to your

7. “RUSH” SERVICE “– Our “Rush” Service is designed for the most urgent of
deliveries. Rush Service is given immediate attention within our delivery network and the
typically completed within 2 Hours of your call/order.
“STANDARD” SERVICE “– Regular Service is for those not so urgent deliveries that can fit
into our regular delivery schedule. This service reduces the cost of delivery and is
a 4-hour time frame. Order needs to be placed 1PM
“ECONOMY” SERVICE “– This service is the most cost-effective and allows us all day to
complete the delivery. Our only requirement is that the order is placed before 10 am to
delivery by the end of the same business day.
“TRUCK SERVICE” – Our fleet of trucks ranging from 12′ to 26′ allows us to haul 1- 11
pallets up to 9000 lbs. Same Day and Rush services are available to all points in the Pacific
Northwest. Orders must be called in by 12 pm.

Economy – Call or Web-In order by 10am – We deliver by 5pm the same day
Standard 4 hr- Call or Web-In order by 1pm – We deliver within 4 hours
Rush – Call or Web-In order any time (24-7) – We deliver within two hours

10. Order Exceptions
• All Orders called, faxed or Web’d-In after 1pm for same
day delivery will be considered “rush” service
• All weekend and night orders are subject to an
additional 50% charge (refers to orders after 4pm &
Saturday/Sunday)
• Wait/Unload time will be charged at $60/hour after 15
minutes (Free)
• Any of our vehicles can be dedicated for hire (please
call for price quote)
