This document proposes the DineQR system, a QR code-based mobile application for ordering food at restaurants. The system aims to provide contactless ordering to reduce wait times and miscommunications. It would allow customers to scan a QR code to access digital menus, place orders, and pay on their mobile devices. order using their smartphone device.
• This digital menu QR code scanner offers an
easy and safe order-and-pay experience to
your customers.
• Aside from the menu software, you can also
create a QR code for your restaurant's menu
cardboard using a PDF menu, JPEG menu,
and customizable menu as well as we have
login/signup feature.

11. DATA FLOW
• Customer Scans QR Code: Customers scan a QR code to access a
restaurant's menu within the app.
• App Requests Menu Data: The app sends a request to the server, including
the restaurant's ID.
• Server Retrieves Menu: The server fetches menu data from the database and
sends it to the app.
• Customer Places Order: Customers browse the menu, select items, and
place orders using the app.
• Order Processing: Order details are sent to the server for processing and
payment handling. Restaurant owners receive order notifications, update table
statuses, and customers receive status change notifications. Feedback and
reviews are stored in the database, allowing restaurant owners to respond
through the interface.
