Domestic Television Sales - Rights Manager
Create and execute the company's distribution strategies to maximize exposure and
revenue for the company's content within the company's existing distribution footprint that
includes Syndication Packages, Digital Network This TV, VOD-IMPACT, and MGMHD
keeping in mind goals of the Domestic Television sales team.
Create the scheduling strategy of the prime time block for the digital network This TV,
IMPACT (VOD), and all MGM syndicated packages, as well as yearly Roll out plans for
all networks through strategic planning, windowing, as well as branding positioning and
management. Partner with various internal departments including Research, and Ad Sales
to produce programming plans. Search library for titles that target the demo in order to
build and strengthen the brands. Network operations and internal departments liaison on all
This TV prime time, IMPACT, and MGM syndicated schedule changes. Analyze and
report transaction trends of IMPACT (VOD). Manage IMPACT programming budget.
Work with VP’s to research, curate library and implement possible internal synergies and
