1. Recommendation for Minko Topalov
Minko worked in DHL IT Services SOC team as Network Security Engineer nearly three
years, since February 2013 until November 2015. During that time his job was to respond to
various security incidents, investigate network issues, manage update of security policies,
prepare and perform changes related to network security devices, setup reporting, create
documentation, review associated processes and last but not least to communicate with
customers. Minko did not come to the role with much security background, but his can-do
attitude, responsibility and coordination abilities brought him to the senior position within
team. During my absences Minko served as my deputy taking care of team management,
service ownership, escalations and decision making on top of his normal duties.
I would recommend Minko for his personal and professional skills, he proved to be
valuable member of the team.
