Problems
1. Contestant have a slimmer chance of analyzing the question
critically because they have only read twice by the
quizmaster.
2. There are possibilities that the contestant answer can be
copied by another contestant
3. Computing of scores takes a considerable amount of time
declaring the winner is sometimes delay
4. Since the computing of scores is done manually, sometimes
it cannot avoid anomaly
5. Sometimes contestants were still writing their answer even
the time limit is done.

Objectives
Existing:
1. Lessen the manpower employed in the quiz bee
2. Minimize and lessen the time spend in tabulating the score
3. Speed up the processing of contestant result
Development:
1. The system can project the questions to the audience
2. The system have a different of game mode
3. The system have a different rules to be set

Scope
• All MSC students can access the automated quiz bee
• Can add, edit, delete of questions
• Cover the computation/tabulation of scores of each
contestant gathered during the quiz proper
• Ranking of scores can be determine is also within the
system

Limitation
• Does not cover the formulation of questionnaires
• The system cannot be use as a tool for making a decision
for the complaints that may arise in progress.
