Developing a list of disorders primarily related to sin, primarily related to suffering, and a combination of both was nearly impossible to grapple. Mental disorders are derived from biological processes and given the vulnerabilities, the vast invasiveness of mental health can be driven by both biological and environmental factors. Since mental disorders are not discriminatory based on the merits of race, gender, religion, greed, or faith, the effects are pertinent to anyone. It is hard to suggest than sin is could be the premise of mental challenges. According to the Bible, “God's intention for the world is that we live in peace and health and wholeness with ourselves, God, other humans, and the whole creation. Suffering of any kind (and mental, emotional, spiritual torment can be the most awful kind of suffering) is a negative, a problem, not the way things should be, not what God wants for us”. The voices can be uncommon and unknown and easily interpreted to be the voice of the evil one (enemy). Those suffering from this also often times have compulsions that are considered to be anti. When addressing people that are conflicted with disorders that disrupts humanistic functions and cause a displaced point of view, there has to be a level of understanding that would bring about comfort to alleviate a person from suffering.
