Why do it?
All references to code sections are to the Texas Estates Code unless otherwise indicated.
Doesn’t mean you vigorously contest the heirship every time you get appointed even if you see no problems with the application.
Does mean if you suspect fraud, don’t go along to get along.
AND, help the Court to ensure that i‘s are dotted and t’s are crossed at every step.
This is my checklist for a standard case. Develop your own, but this gives you a good start.
