justice.
 HEALTH Definition; is a state of complete physical
,mental , and social well being and not Merely
absent of disease and infirmity.

1. Heredity : plays a part in determining lifespan, healthiness,
and likelihood of developing certain illness. examples: sickle-
cell anemia, hemophilia, family history of heart disease.
2. Environment: safe water and clean air, healthy workplace, safe
houses, all contribute to good health.
3. Life style: smoking, drinking, and how we deal with life
stresses and challenges all affect health.
4. Socio economic condition: higher income and social status
are linked to better health.
5. Health and family well fare services: access and use of
services that prevent and treat disease influences health

experiences of life.

1. Mentality healthy person is free from internal conflicts.
2. He faces problems and tries to solve them intelligently.
3. He is well adjusted it means he is able to get along well with
others.
4. He searches for identity.
5. He is a strong sense of self esteem.
6. Self actualization, he knows his needs, problems and goals.
7. He has good self control balances rationally and emotionally.
