This document provides a reconciliation of certain GAAP financial measures for Delta Airlines for January 2007 and 2006. It shows PRASM adjusted to exclude charter revenue and length of haul adjustments. It also shows mainline CASM adjusted to exclude fuel expenses. These non-GAAP measures are used by management to provide more meaningful comparisons by removing factors outside of Delta's control, such as fuel prices and charter revenue, which management believes masks the progress toward its business plan targets.
