Scope of work
Metro Guest House is a prestigious guest house for VIP’s of Reliance ADAG, Visitors in above Senior
Level, MTR & Administrative to stay with fully peace, which are consist of Fifteen Rooms Flats divided
three floors, are being used for other guests of Reliance.
Services Provided by – Hermitage Guest House.
F & B SERVICE-24hrs
1) Breakfast service- Indian & continental .Timing:- 7:30AM to 09:00AM
2) Lunch Service – it is provided only on Clients instructions or any VIP movements Informed
by Admin office.
3) Dinner service- It is provided by silver service at Dining Hall- 8Pm to 10Pm.
4) Snacks like Tea / Coffee Sandwich, French fry, & Assorted veg. pokadas, cutlet and Chinese
food are served around the clock- 24hrs.
5) In addition, we do provide the Banquet services & Conference Set ups.
HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE
1) Service provided in three different shifts – ( Morning/ Afternoon)
2) Amenities to rooms’ like- dental kit, bath soap, shower cap, Liquid of Good knight
machine& Refill, Shampoo Shaving kit etc…
3) Laundry Facility is also provided with timing 7am to 8pm. ( But only For ironing & washing
only)
4) Deep Cleaning generally done on Holidays or Week End.

1) Service provided24hrsinthree differentshifts –(Morning/ Afternoon/Night)
2) Indian,Chinese &Continental Cuisineare preparedinHermitage Kitchen.

4) Ratesare setby Commercial Dept.of Reliance withvendordirectlyontheirmutual Consent.We
have to followsame rate list.Chef hastoprepare the menuaccordingly

6) KitchenStewardingisdone byamachinerypower,manual byeducate KS.

Thisis receptionservice,whichisprovidedbywithpleasantsmile & with well groomed personality. They
do take Check in/ Checkout. (Timing 24hrs in three different shifts that is Morning and Afternoon.)
