alternators. The company is the National High-Tech Enterprise，the President

As the professional manufacturer of the alternator for the commercial vehicle engine, since the
medium-term of nation's eleventh “Five-year Plan”, our market share has always kept in the Top three
in the industry. Since 2010, we have got the outstanding achievement that continuously to be the
number one in domestic alternator OE market ( for commercial vehicle combustion engine); in 2011 the
market share reached more than 20%.

Technology R&D center
Our technical center was granted as provincial
technical center in 2002 and the provincial high-tech
R&D center in 2007 by the provincial economic and
trade commission. The center have about 60
technicians. We also recruited the specialists who
receiving the special allowance from the State
Council, the Chinese-American alternator specialists
as the chief engineers or counselors for our technical
guidance.

At present, our company had created friendly and cooperative relation with Fangquan Rao and his team, who is
the only national alternator academician in Chinese Academy of Engineering; established the academician experts
workstation to further improve the capacity of R&D and innovation. The company increased the investment of R&D
budgets continuously, which used in the work of technology innovation. Through investing and importing the most
advanced international experimental equipment, design application software etc., it provides a strong security for
the company’s innovation.

After years of exploration, the company has formed the key technology and proprietary intellectual property rights in the
main technical field of vehicle alternator manufacturing. We have more than 50 valid national patents, and undergone many
kinds of national, provincial ,state etc. research projects for more than 20 items in the last three years.

Our product design adopted SolidEdge advanced 3D design software to ensure
providing the products that meet customer requirements within 3 months.A number of
platforms ensured the product development speed and quality. Manual prototype is
available in 25 days, OTS prototype is available in 70 days.

• For product development, based on the APQP(advanced product quality planning) requirement, the company adopted
project management via PLM system, carried out management of R&D activities, and by centralizing allocation of
resources and special progress tracking and so on to forward the schedule of R&D effectively.
• Dehong will layout the project development plan based on the time frame that customer provided and complete strictly
as planned.

Hybrid excitation claw-pole alternator is a kind of generator that the magnetic
field of alternator is generated together by permanent magnet and excitation
coil. Normal nothing in rotor’s claw-pole but hybrid excitation rotor installed a
permanent magnet in claw-pole. After the permanent magnet infilled partial
space of claw-pole, magnetic flux leakage will be greatly reduced, forcing more
flux move to stator winding from rotor, thereby improving the alternator’s output
efficiency.
Compared with traditional auto alternator, the main features of hybrid excitation
auto alternators are:
1) Using high energy product rare earth permanent magnet materials to
excite, then the power density of alternator will increase.
2) Because of its structure, when excitation current of the field winding
decreases, excitation loss is reduced accordingly, and the alternator
efficiency is equivalent improved.
3) Alternator’s idle performance is good. At idle, it also can meet the
requirement of the vehicle loading needed voltage and current.
4) As adopted permanent magnets and coils to excite together, via adjusting
excitation current to adjust output voltage is available which combined the
adjustability of output voltage with high efficiency of permanent magnet
motor.

BOSCH, MITSUBISHI, ISKRA, etc, especially the
HITACHI series products is more.Dehong also

REMY, DENSO,MANDO,NIKKO and so on serial
products according to market demand, it will also
expand more and more models in the future. Foreign
