Defender Direct CWAM Service Project
The Refuge seeks to provide a stable source of
care for men, woman, and children looking to
halt the course of poverty.
The Refuge pursues opportunities to help the
growth and development for healthier
children, stronger families, and a positive
community through relationships that reach
out for physical, emotional, academic, and
spiritual needs for area residents.

The Lord is a REFUGE for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
Preparing the packages for delivery
to the well deserving
Each Family receives 3 full bags of groceries and
household supplies to help fulfill their families needs
The boys delivering goods to the families.
They affected 53 families that night alone. They
continued until all supplies were gone.
My son is excited every time we go!!!
The volunteers are ready for the families to
come in and gather clothing.
These were hangers from the clothes people had received. When we arrived
that night, this area was empty. Many lives touched that day.
My Family has committed to the cause
of our community. We serve weekly at
the Refuge.
 Our friends have joined in the mission


With your help they could support more
families and the needs of people in Johnson
County. Please help in their pursuit of
accomplishing their goals.
