It has three main platforms: 1) an investment platform that invests up to $1.5M in pre-public and public innovation companies, 2) a corporate finance platform that raises up to $20M for go-public events and provides advisory services, and 3) a corporate development platform that identifies acquisition targets and provides intelligence and support. It also provides information on sample transactions and the leadership team, including serial entrepreneur Sheldon Pollack and investment banker Adam Adamou.

7. Key People
SHELDON POLLACK ADAM ADAMOU
Sheldon Pollack is a serial entrepreneur, having
started his first venture at the age of 16.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pollack has played
an active role in starting/funding a number of
successful technology ventures. He co-founded
OnX Enterprise Solutions in 1983 with just
$10,000 in start-up capital. Mr. Pollack took
OnX public in April 2000 and subsequently re-
privatized the company in April 2009. Today,
OnX has revenues over $750 million and offices
throughout Canada, the United States and the
United Kingdom. Mr. Pollack was an Ernst &
Young, Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in
2000 and OnX was designated as one of
Canada’s Best Managed companies in 2008,
2009 and 2010.
Adam is a venture capitalist and investment
banker with hands on company building
experience and go-public experience. Adam
was involved in financing, funding and growing
some of the great Canadian technology start-
ups, including Blackberry Inc. and Catamaran
Corporation, two of the most successful venture
backed companies in Canadian history. Adam
co-founded Taurus Capital Markets Inc., the
first technology-focused investment bank in
Canada. Adam is a Chartered Financial Analyst
(CFA) and a graduate of the Rotman Commerce
Program at the University of Toronto
