A panic attack always comes with the acute sense of impending doom. You feel you are either about to lose your mind or one of your vital bodily functions is about to cease functioning and you will end your days right there among the canned goods and frozen food.
You are by no means alone; you’re not even one in a million. In America, it is estimated that almost 5% of the population suffer from some form of anxiety disorder. For some, it may be the infrequent panic attacks that only crop up in particular situations-like when having to speak in front of others, while, for other people, it can be so frequent and recurring that it inhibits them from leaving their home.
Frequent panic attacks often develop into what medical physicians refer to as an “anxiety disorder.”

Finding the Kingdom Trail When Trouble Comes
Paul discovered that his imprisonment advanced the gospel in several ways:
1) Many brothers and sisters were emboldened in their faith by Paul's example of preaching while in chains.
2) Paul was able to preach the gospel to many people who visited him in prison, including the palace guard and King Agrippa.
3) Some preached out of jealousy of Paul, but the gospel still spread, both from sincere and insincere motives. Paul was joyful that Christ was being preached regardless of the motives.
Book of Daniel - Session One
1) Four young men from Judah - Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah - were selected to be trained in Babylon after Nebuchadnezzar besieged Jerusalem. They were given Babylonian names but Daniel refused to eat the king's food which violated his faith.
2) Daniel asked to be fed vegetables and water for 10 days, which a steward allowed. After 10 days, Daniel and his friends looked healthier than those who ate the king's food.
3) God gave the four men wisdom and skills in both knowledge and life. Daniel especially could interpret visions and dreams. After their training, they far surpassed all the other men and served the king
