This document provides specifications for a gelato cabinet batch freezer, including its tested temperature range of -20°C to -28°C, stainless steel interior and exterior, automatic and quiet defrosting, 60mm polyurethane insulation, tempered glass door with defogging wires, ventilated cooling system, digital temperature control, and CE and 3C certifications. Dimensions and power requirements are provided for models varying between 1.2-2.6 meters wide able to hold 12-26 half-size pans.
