This document summarizes key points from a presentation based on a book about the Babri Masjid. It discusses how Marxist historians have politicized the topic and offered far-fetched explanations for Islamic iconoclasm. The document examines evidence that the Kesavadeva temple was destroyed by Aurangzeb in 1669 in line with Islamic theology calling for destruction of non-Muslim places of worship, contradicting Marxist claims of political or economic motives. It also challenges claims that Hindus destroyed Buddhist and Jain temples lacking credible evidence.

The document discusses the growth of Muslim population and illegal immigration in Assam, and the associated security issues. It notes that Burmese invaders destroyed Assam's structure in 1829, the Army captured Goalpara by 1921, and over half a million Bengalis transplanted to Assam. The Muslim population grew from 2 million in 1901 to over 3 million by 1941. Illegal immigration continues to turn districts Muslim-majority and reduce indigenous Assamese to minorities in their own land. Militant activities and support from Pakistan-based groups like ISI and DGFI are also discussed.

The document discusses the misuse and distortion of certain political terms in India, particularly the term "secular". It argues that in India, secular now means espousing Islamic beliefs and practices while eschewing Hinduism. It also claims that self-proclaimed "leftists" and "secularists" support policies and views that favor Muslims over Hindus, such as advocating for Urdu as a second official language and turning a blind eye to issues within Islamic communities. Overall, the document criticizes those who label themselves as progressive but are seen as favoring one religious community over another.

This document summarizes the persecution faced by indigenous peoples in the Chittagong Hill Tracts region of Bangladesh from 1947-1998. It describes how the local Buddhist and Hindu tribes were displaced and their lands taken as the Pakistani and later Bangladeshi governments settled Muslim populations in the area. It outlines how dams and development projects further displaced indigenous people without compensation. Armed resistance groups formed but faced repression, while the indigenous population declined as many were killed, converted to Islam, or fled to neighboring India as refugees.

Sita ram goel the story of islamic imperialism in indiaIndiaInspires
This document summarizes the history of Islamic rule in India from the 11th century onwards based on Muslim historians' accounts. It describes how rulers like Mahmud Ghaznavi, Muhammad Ghuri, the Khiljis, Tughlaqs, and others destroyed Hindu temples and monasteries, slaughtered civilians, and spread Islam through force. It argues that Hindu rulers failed to collectively defend against the foreign invaders and were unprepared for the violent nature of Islamic imperialism, allowing the conquest of most of India over time.
This document poses a series of rhetorical questions contrasting the treatment of religious minorities between India and Muslim-majority countries, and within India between Hindus and other religious groups. It questions whether Hindus face discrimination and a lack of equal rights and protections compared to Muslims and Christians in India. It argues that Hindus are a minority facing issues that need recognition in some states within India.

The document discusses the myth of St. Thomas coming to India in 52 AD and various issues related to the spread and establishment of Christianity in India. Some key points made in the document include:
1) There is no credible historical evidence that St. Thomas ever visited India, and the Acts of Thomas that the story is based on is a fictional work without any authority.
2) Christian missionaries invented and embellished the St. Thomas story to give Syrian immigrants Indian ancestry and promote their missionary activities.
3) Christian missionaries and colonial powers frequently destroyed Hindu temples and built churches on top of temple sites. Many sacred Christian sites in India were established by destroying Hindu/Buddhist religious sites.
This document discusses the history of Christian missionary activity in India over five phases from the arrival of the Portuguese to modern times. It outlines how missionary tactics changed from overt aggression to more subtle means of conversion through education and social services. The document argues that Christian missionary efforts have caused significant cultural and social damage in India and other countries in Asia. It calls for Hindus to resist missionary activities and enact laws prohibiting forceful or fraudulent conversion practices.

Sita ram goel history of hindu-christian encountersIndiaInspires
This document provides a summary of encounters between Hinduism and Christianity in India from 304 AD to 1996 AD, based on the book by Sita Ram Goel. It discusses early peaceful encounters between Syrian Christians and Hindus in India, followed by forced conversions and destruction of Hindu temples after the arrival of Portuguese missionaries. It also critiques the views and approaches of various Indian and Western figures towards Hinduism and Christianity such as Mahatma Gandhi, Thomas Jefferson, and Pat Robertson. The document argues that Christian missionaries aimed to destroy Hindu society and culture in India.
The document discusses the rise of secularism in Europe and India. It describes how in Europe, the Christian church and state were once strongly bonded but thinkers began revolting against Christianity, leading to the emergence of secular states. In India, Islam and Christianity came through imperialism and used state power to spread by destroying temples and forcing conversions. However, secularism in independent India gave complete freedom to Islamic and Christian missionaries to propagate while hindering Hindu practices, weakening Hindu society. Key differences discussed are the violent versus non-violent spread of monotheistic versus polytheistic faiths.
Harsh narain myths of composite cultureIndiaInspires
The document discusses the concept of "composite culture" in India and critiques the idea that Hindu and Muslim cultures naturally merged into a single Indian culture before the British arrived. It argues that Muslim rulers viewed India as "Dar-al-Islam" or the "Land of Islam" and sought to establish Islamic rule and convert Hindus. The document questions portrayals of Muslim rule as indigenous and asserts that religious divisions have long existed between Hindus and Muslims in South Asia.
Secularism in India means equal treatment of all religions by the state, unlike Western secularism which separates religion and state. Indian religions co-existed for centuries before the arrival of Islam, as evidenced by Ashoka and Harsha accepting different faiths and the proximity of Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain caves at Ellora suggesting religious tolerance. Akbar's tomb incorporated elements of Islam and Hinduism, and a Hindu temple in Jaipur merged styles of multiple religions, showing India's historic secularism and diversity. The young generation understands secularism to mean freedom of religion and freedom from religious imposition.
The document summarizes the origins and spread of several major world religions:
1) Hinduism originated in present-day Pakistan over 4000 years ago and spread south through India, becoming the dominant religion there for some time.
2) Buddhism started as a reform movement against Hinduism in India and spread throughout Southeast Asia but was later reabsorbed by Hinduism in India.
3) Christianity originated from the teachings of Jesus in Jerusalem and spread throughout the Roman Empire, becoming its official religion in the 4th century AD, and is now one of the largest religions worldwide.

1. ARISE ARJUNA
HINDUISM AND THE MODERN WORLD
Presentation based on a
book by
David Frawley(Vamadev Shastri)
2.
3. MODERN WORLD NEEDS INDIA’S HELP
The western world has only succeeded in greed,
materialism & religious dogma, not in the spiritual
life.
Islamic countries are still caught in a karma of
violence and oppression, a religion that is more a
political movement to gain worldly power than any
spiritual search.
So, India alone as a country has the potential to
take the role of spiritually guiding the world
4.
5. People are of view that Westerners should not
follow Eastern culture because western culture is
individualistic.
However Hindu thought is the most individualistic in
the world. It teaches that the individual, that you
yourself are God or the Divine power behind the
universe.
6. BUT INDIA TODAY IS FILLED WITH
CORRUPTION, IGNORANCE AND SERVILITY. IT
DOES NOT REPRESENT THE SOUL OF INDIA
BUT ONLY ITS SHADOW.
LET INDIA AWAKEN AND FOR THIS TRUE SOUL
OF ARJUNA MUST ARISE.
7. HINDUS HAVE STRAYED AWAY FROM THE PATH
OF RELIGION
Most of the Hindus are ignorant of their own culture
and tradition.
The educational system of India itself follows
primarily Western standards and values.
They follow a Marxist-Socialist model with its
atheistic and anti-nationalist orientation.
As a result, modern Hindus blame the Hindu
religion for the social problems in India.
8. MISINTERPRETATION OF HINDUISM
Some problems that India is facing today like caste
system, has their roots in the Hindu social system.
But these are not based on a real understanding of
Hindu cultural forms but on their misapplication
through time.
Traditional Hindu spiritual values promote a culture
of Dharma. A yogic way of life, a life in harmony
with the universe, though recognizing the same self
in all beings.
10. Indian news media itself presents anti-Hindu
attitude which are very common.
Anti-Hindu statements are accepted by everyone
and no one questions them.
India can never rise up as long as it is attacking
itself
12. BABRI MOSQUE
Babri mosque was demolished by Hindus. The site
was claimed by Hindus as the original location of a
great Hindu temple of Lord Rama.
The site was not in any Muslim holy place like
Mecca or Medina but in one of the seven sacred
cities of Hindus.
Muslim invaders destroyed the sacred Hindu
temple and built a mosque their.

15. NEWSPAPERS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD
STATED THAT “HINDU MILITANTS
DESTROYED MOSQUE” PROJECTING THE
IMAGE OF HINDUS BOTH AS MILITANTS AND
AS MOSQUE DESTROYERS.
16. WHY IS THE DESTRUCTION OF A HINDU
TEMPLE IS NOT A NEWSWORTHY ITEM, BUT
THE DESTRUCTION OF ONE DISPUTED
MOSQUE WORTH GLOBAL HEADLINE?
18. EXTENSIVE CULTURE
The music of India is Hindustani, based upon Hindu and
Sanskrit works going back to the Sama Veda.
The dance is based upon Hindu temple dance.
The native medicine, Ayurveda, is rooted in the Vedas
themselves, as is the astrology, Jyotish.
The poetry and drama tradition revolves around Hindu
mythology.
The exercise tradition of Hatha yoga is rooted in the
religious sadhna tradition.
The literature and philosophy all looks back to Sanskrit,
which derives from the Vedas.
22. The message of Vedanta is not limited to any religion,
philosophy or science but it is the ultimate goal of all
human striving.
Over the last hundred years many Americans have
taken up the physical side of yoga but few have given
attention to its spiritual side or Vedanta.
23. “LIVING IN THE MIDST OF IGNORANCE,
CONSIDERING THEMSELVES TO BE WISE, THE
DELUDED WANDER CONFUSED, LIKE THE BLIND
LED BY BLIND. THE WAY TO TRUTH DOES NOT
APPEAR TO A CONFUSED IMMATURE MIND,
DELUDED BY ILLUSION OF WEALTH. THINKING
THAT THIS WORLD ALONE EXISTS AND THERE IS
NOTHING BEYOND, THEY EVER RETURN AGAIN
AND AGAIN TO THE NET OF DEATH.”
Katha Upanishad
24. VIVEKANANDA AND VEDANTA
For Vivekananda the essence of Hinduism was
Vedanta, the way of Self-realization, not merely the
Hindu social structure.
Vivekananda was a philosophical Hindu, a great
lover of Sanskrit, the Vedas, Hindu music and all
the Hindu culture.
Unlike Muslims, he never seek to impose this
culture on other but he was happy to share it with
others.
26. Those who proclaim all religion are one, seldom
define what all religion have in common.
They do not see themselves as paths to God but
only as ways of better relating to God.
Christianity and Islam do not aim at union with God
or even consider it to be possible. Their goal is to
reach heaven.
God-realization or self-realization is the Hindu
sense of religion.
27. ACCORDING TO VIVEKANANDA:
MOHAMMED LIKE MANY UNTRAINED PEOPLE IN
THE SPIRITUAL LIFE, UPON HAVING A
SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE JUMPED TO THE
CONCLUSION THAT HE HAD THE WORD OF
GOD, AND THAT WORLD SHOULD FOLLOW THE
RELIGION GOD HAD REVEALED HIM.
28. ALLAH-MOHAMMED’S JEALOUS GOD
There is a popular belief among Muslims masses
that Allah will forgive them for all his sins just
because he is a Muslim.
If Quran says that everybody is equal in the eyes of
God, than why he created kafirs to be massacred
by Muslims?
Genocide and persecution of kafirs by Muslims has
been suppressed in the name of communal
harmony.
Mohammed’s god possesses emotions like anger
and jealousy. He talks of chosen people and they
may involve in violence with kafirs.
29. ISLAMIC BELIEFS
According to Islam no individual should proclaim “I
am God,” which is a delusion.
For saying this in the 9th century Sufi Al-Hallaj was
cut into pieces and thrown into a river by Muslims.
The reason is because Mohammed, the final
prophet, did not say this, and to claim even what
Mohammed did not, would be blasphemy of
greatest order.
30. MOHAMMED AND THE QURAN
Koran is a book with much poetry, history and theology,
but not the word of God.
It does not speak of absolute truth like meditation, karma
or liberation.
Muslims are proud of the genocide and conquest that
Islam has made in its invasion of other countries.
The connection with God they seek is going to heaven. It
is not the liberation cycle of birth and death.
32. Europeans invented this idea of Aryan Invasion.
However there is no historical evidence of Aryan
Invasion Theory. New archeological evidences
discard Aryan Invasion Theory.
Yet this is the kind of thinking that has been
superimposed upon the history of India.
34. The Aryan Invasion theory has become a matter of
political importance in the country.
The British rulers of colonial India, Marxists
scholars and politicians, Christian missionaries &
Muslim groups have used the Aryan Invasion theory to
discredit and divide Hindu culture.
India now look at its ancient history anew, in the light of
the collapse of the Aryan Invasion theory.
35. IS THE ARYAN INVASION THEORY IS NOT TRUE
IT MEANS THAT INDIA IS THE OLDEST MOST
CONTINUOUS CIVILIZATION IN THE WORLD,
WITH THE OLDEST AND MOST EXTENSIVE
LITERATURE(THE VEDAS), AND IS THEREFORE
ONE OF THE GREAT CENTERS OF WORLD
CIVILIZATION.
36. If Westerners really want to help the people of Asia
they should teach them practical and humanitarian
ways to organize their society.
When they try to convert them to Western religions
they are doing both them and themselves a
disservice because religion is what the East already
has, and what the West needs to seek from it.
37. THE VEDAS ARE THE PART OF EACH ONE OF
US BY THE VERY FACT THAT WE ARE HUMAN
BEINGS.
THE VEDAS ARE THE LANGUAGE OF NATURE
NOT AS OUTER PHENOMENA BUT AS A POETRY
OF THE SOUL.
