We create a dedicated customer service hotline to handle any questions from employees and customers about updating profiles, benefits, using the website and rewards mall, points and redemption, replacing cards, and renewing memberships by phone. The rewards program allows customers to save points that can be used as currency toward purchasing a new vehicle from the dealership. There are over 6,700 members who have saved at least $100 that can generate a valuable lead list for the dealership. The program provides full reporting on member totals, points balances, usage and more.
