The document provides an overview of the DART project timeline and organization and identifies areas where community involvement is needed. Phase I will convert the current system and implement base modules from 2009-2011. Phase II will implement additional modules from 2011 onwards. The project organization diagram shows groups needing immediate community involvement, including design teams, a development/financial community resource group, and subject matter expert roles.
