Since 20th
July 2015, working with Wind World (India) Limited, Daman (UT) as a Production Planning
Engineer in Production Planning and Control Department.
Wind World India Limited is World’s leading in manufacturing, supply, erection, commissioning and
service of various capacities of Wind Energy Converters (WEC) using Advanced Technology in harnessing
“Wind Energy”. The company is ISO 9001: 2008 certified. Previously Company was known as Enercon India
Limited.
 Creating new Material SAP Codes, Maintaning BOM, Creating Vendor Code, serial numbers, Making
PR, PO, SES, Production Order, Refurbishment Order, Dismantle Order etc in SAP and troubleshooting
in SAP if required.
 Managing overall operations of manufacturing processes by following up with production supervisors,
involving SOP--standard operating process, controlling and planning of all production activities starting
form generator assembly & testing to finished machine.
 Controlling of inventory level at RM, FG and WIP with lean principles and doing inventory audit with
accounts department in starting of every quarter.
 Doing 5S audit with quality department on weekly basis.

 Periodically checking of system & physical stocks of components to avoid hindrances during
production.
 Collect previous shift status from previous shift in charge on machine condition, material status,
production, quality issues, and rework and rejection figures.
 Daily morning con.call with all departments’ HODs for planning of everyday’s plan.
