transfer. Successfully completed the project, managed more than 1.250
MCS mandays, with 14 (international and subcontracted) team
members.

Responsible for outlining the Business Engine Deployment projects for
the Philips Group. Advised and trained management in the area of

Mapped, organized and optimized the administrative organization
around ‘Operational Management of Projects and Resources’.
Responsible for the roll out of the Business Engine-Time Wizard tools
within the organization. More than 170 users within IT and non-IT

Contributed to the new Corporate Project Management Reporting Tool
for the Corporate Project Support Office and the Master Project
