The Daniel Island School opened in 2006 and currently has 1,360 students from pre-kindergarten to 8th grade. It has 96 employees supporting 60 classrooms and special programs. • The Daniel Island School opened in August 2006 and was built to
hold 1,200+ students. There were 575 students in 2006.
• Currently enrolled: 1,360 (PK-5: 977 students, 6th-8th: 383 students)
• The modern facility is approximately 190,000 square feet and
offers the latest in technology and space utilization for our
students.
